MATCH PREVIEW: EXMOUTH TOWN VS BISHOPS CLEEVE

Exmouth Town welcome Bishops Cleeve to the Circle of Care Community Stadium this Saturday, as they look to make it six unbeaten in the Southern League Division One South.

Town have made their home ground a fortress so far this season, but Bishops Cleeve will be hoping to score another away win, building on their last away performance at Bristol Manor Farm.

THE OPPOSITION

Similar to Exmouth, Bishops Cleeve were promoted to the Southern League Division One South last season, and they currently sit in 15th following a mixed start to the season.

After a strong start to the season, The Mitres have struggled for form as of late, with one win in their last five league games.

However, they will take confidence from their trip to Bristol Manor Farm, where they came away 3-1 winners, and they will be hoping to build upon that and rise up the table.

PRE-MATCH CHAT

Speaking shortly after the Lymington game, Exmouth Town manager Kevin Hill said: “Every game in this league is tough, Bishop’s Cleeve are a good side, they pass the ball well, they like to get it down and play and they are quite a tidy side.

It’s a new challenge for both sides.”
