MATCH PREVIEW: EXMOUTH TOWN VS MELKSHAM TOWN
Exmouth Town will look to score another home win, as they welcome Melksham Town to the Circle of Care Community Stadium this Saturday. (12:30pm KO).
Following last weekend’s 1-0 win away at Larkhall Athletic, Town have started to regain the form that established them in the top half of the league.
Melksham Town are currently sat in 12th place in the Southern League Division One South, and are coming off the back of a run of mixed results, including a draw with Cinderford, a loss to league leaders Sholing and a dominant win against Bristol Manor Farm.
Following the resignation of previous manager Richard Fey, the visitors have undergone a change in the dugout, with Mark Collier taking over as Melksham boss.
This will be his second game in charge of his team, and his players will be hoping to make an impression on their new manager.
Speaking after the Larkhall win, manager Kevin Hill said:
“It’s always better after a win, they were tough at home on our first game of the season.
We were buzzing to beat them, so we know how good they are.
We are at home, I always like to believe we are stronger at home, and hopefully we can turn up with the right attitude and make it back-to-back wins.”
