Exmouth Town have moved quickly to secure the services of Dave Pearse, following his departure from Bridgwater United last week.

Pearse spent seven years at Bridgwater, bringing silverware to the club, as well as embarking on a long FA Vase run, and maintaining a strong win record in the Western League, with his dismissal being met with plenty of uproar from fans of The Robins.

Pearse joins as a coach, providing assistance to the current team of Kevin Hill and Andy Rawlings, with his experience and commitment only being a positive for Town’s dugout team.

His first game with Exmouth will be this Saturday, as they make the trip to Badgers Hill to take on Frome Town.
