As announced at the most recent fans forum at Exmouth Town, first team coach Jordan McCormick has left the club.

McCormick played a big part in Town’s first Southern League Division One South season, and leaves the club with plenty of well wishes.

Manager Kevin Hill had this to say following the news: “Jordan came in and helped me last year when I was struggling at the back end of last season, and he was a massive part in keeping us up, as we were on that slide.

He did things behind the scenes for me that have helped us massively.

When (Dave) Pearsey got released from Bridgwater, and having the chance to bring someone like that in, we can’t have four or five people couldn’t really work, so we had to make that decision, and fair play to him, Jordan understood that decision, and the door is always open for him to come down and see the boys, and I appreciate everything he has done for me.”

We thank Jordan for his efforts while with us and wish him well for the future.
