Kevin Hill and Andy Rawlings were delighted with their side’s performance, as they beat Bemerton Heath Harlequins 3-0 at the A-Class Arena.

Two goals from Tom Bath and a Callum Shipton strike ensured another important victory for Town, in front of a superb away following.

Speaking shortly after the game, Hill said: “If you had said to us before the game we would get a point, then we would have taken that away from home.

We’ve been doing alright the last month and a half, well most of the season but we weren’t getting over the line.

Once the game opened up, it suited us a little bit, we get the first goal, a great bit of movement, and the next two were brilliant, and we could have had more.”

Rawlings added: “Full credit to the defence today, and to (Chris) Wrighty, this is a tough place to come and so getting a clean sheet is great.”
