MATCH PREVIEW: EXMOUTH TOWN VS PAULTON ROVERS

Exmouth Town can celebrate their survival with a victory this Saturday, as they host Paulton Rovers at the Circle of Care Community Stadium in the Southern League Division One South.

Despite defeat against Cribbs in a close game, Town secured safety through their future opponents being defeated by Larkhall Athletic.

THE OPPOSITION

Currently sat bottom of the league, anything other than a win on Saturday will see Paulton relegated from this division.

Richard Fey has returned to the dugout to try and get the Robins out of danger, but it may have been too little too late, as they have yet to win since Boxing Day.

The visitors do hold a win against Town, having beat them 2-1 earlier in the season, with two headers from Dan Restorick, including one in stoppage time.

PRE-MATCH CHAT

Speaking after the Cribbs game, manager Kevin Hill said: “Paulton are still fighting, they can still catch Westbury, so for them they have that bit of fight.

For us, it’s our last home game of the season, we want to finish on a high, they beat us at their place, so we want to get the three points that they took off us.”
