MATCH PREVIEW: EXMOUTH TOWN VS CRIBBS
Exmouth Town’s busy October starts with the visit of Cribbs at the Complete Infrastructure Stadium on Wednesday (7:45pm KO), in the Southern League Division One South.
After a battling win against Tavistock on Saturday, Town will be aiming to keep up their strong start to the season with a win against the Bristol based side.
THE OPPOSITION
After losing manager Richard Luffman and a fair amount of players to Taunton in the Summer, Cribbs have had to rebuild under the management of Ashley Bennett, and they currently find themselves in 14th.
It has been a mixed start for Bennett, with two wins and four defeats, scoring victories against Cinderford and Shaftesbury.
PRE-MATCH CHAT
Speaking after the Tavistock game, joint manager Dave Pearse said: “I think it’s going to be another tough game, I don’t think there is an easy game at this level.
Anyone can beat anybody, so if we are prepared like we were today, go back to the Yate game where we were prepared, ready to go on all aspects, we can win the game.
We are trying to make home a fortress for us again, and we are looking forward to it.”
