MATCH PREVIEW: FALMOUTH TOWN VS EXMOUTH TOWN
Exmouth Town could go top of the Southern League Division One South on Saturday, as they make the long trip to Bickland Park to take on Falmouth Town.
After three successive league wins, Town will aim to keep their form going and avenge last year’s FA Cup defeat against the Cornish side.
THE OPPONENTS
Following promotion from the Western League last season, Falmouth have had a settled start to life in the Southern League, currently sat in 11th.
Andrew Westgarth’s side have had a mix of results, losing 5-1 to Bristol Manor Farm, but scoring big home wins against both Thatcham and Tavistock.
PRE-MATCH CHAT
Speaking after the Cribbs game, joint-manager Kevin Hill said: “It will be a tough one, it has always been a tough fixture for us down there.
They’ve come up, it’ll be new to us, hopefully we can keep the run going and take one game at the time.
We want to keep the momentum going at home, and whatever we can pick up away will be nice.”
