MATCH PREVIEW: EXMOUTH TOWN VS MALVERN TOWN
Exmouth Town will look to continue their fine form, when they welcome Malvern Town to the Complete Infrastructure Stadium this Saturday.
Having won four out of their last five, Town face a Malvern side who have only lost one of their last eight Southern League games.
THE OPPOSITION
As previously mentioned, a fantastic run of form has seen the Hillsiders move to 10th in the league, following a shaky start to the season.
Having earned wins against Bristol Manor Farm, Shaftesbury, Helston and Evesham, Malvern have proven that they are a good side in this league, and will prove a tough test for Exmouth on Saturday.
PRE-MATCH CHAT
Speaking after the Shaftesbury game, joint-manager Dave Pearse said: “There’s no easy games in this league, they’ll be another footballing side, they play their home games on a 3g pitch.
They’ll try to be a possession based team, they’ll be quick and energetic, but hopefully we will get a few bodies back, (Ollie) Knowlesy’s coming back, (Aarron) Denny’s pushing to come back.
We are in great form so we will look to get a positive result.”
