MATCH PREVIEW: WESTBURY UNITED VS EXMOUTH TOWN
Exmouth Town head back on the road on Saturday, when they travel to Platinum Hyundai Park, as they face Westbury United.
Town are currently enjoying a six game unbeaten run in the league, that has seen them into second place, and will be aiming to keep that form going against the White Horse Men.
THE OPPOSITION
Westbury have had a tough start to the season, currently sat in 18th, just outside the drop zone, although form has picked up, only losing two of their last eight games in the league.
Draws against Helston, Bashley and Bristol Manor Farm, alongside tight wins against Bishops Cleeve and Malvern show an impressive resilience that Town can relate to, and the visitors will need to be at their best to win on Saturday.
PRE-MATCH CHAT
Speaking after the Plymouth game, joint-manager Kevin Hill said: “They’ve had some impressive results, they drew at Bristol Manor Farm 0-0.
They set up with a strong rear guard and have got some good draws against good teams.
Whether they try to be defensive at home or not, or open a bit a bit, which might suit us.
We’ve got to go there full of confidence, and get back to winning ways.”
