MATCH PREVIEW: EXMOUTH TOWN VS DIDCOT TOWN
Exmouth Town will look to continue their great start to 2025, as they welcome Didcot Town to the Complete Infrastructure Stadium this Saturday.
Following a brilliant display against Mousehole, Town face a Didcot side who have the Southern League Division One South play-offs in sight.
THE OPPOSITION
The Railwaymen have recovered from a middling start, and since being beaten 5-0 by Mousehole, they have only lost one game in their last eight.
Didcot have collected victories against Melksham, Malvern, Bideford and Cribbs in this recent run, and they will want to add Exmouth to that list on Saturday.
The last time these two sides met, Town put a fantastic display away from home with just two substitutes on the bench, winning 2-0 thanks to two late goals.
PRE-MATCH CHAT
Speaking after the Mousehole game, joint-manager Dave Pearse said: “They’ve climbed up the table, they are getting victories.
We’ve got to keep our confidence, in the last nine games we’ve had five wins, three draws and a loss, a few we’ve been disappointed with but we have got to keep going.”
