MATCH PREVIEW: EXMOUTH TOWN VS BRISTOL MANOR FARM

Exmouth Town face a big test at the Complete Infrastructure Stadium, when they take on Bristol Manor Farm this Saturday.

After three games without a win, Town will want a result to ensure they remain in the play-off places.

THE OPPOSITION

In long-serving manager’s Lee Lashenko’s last season at Manor Farm, they currently sit in 9th place, with an outside shot of the play-offs.

Inconsistency has plagued the Portwaymen throughout their campaign, and with only one win in their last five, which included a 7-0 loss at Bemerton Heath Harlequins, they will be looking to put in a big performance away from home.

In the reverse fixture, Kevin Hill famously took to the line to fill in for an absent referee, but a late Jacob Spence goal saw the Bristol side come out on top.

PRE-MATCH CHAT

Speaking after the Cinderford game, joint-manager Kevin Hill said: “It’ll be a tough one, yes they’ve dropped off in the last couple weeks, but they’ll think they’ve got an outside shot (of play-offs).

At the end of the day, they will turn up expecting to beat us, they seem to be a bit of a bogey team for us, but it just depends how our lads turn up.

It depends how serious we are, just go and play with a smile on your face, enjoy it, but it will be different next week.”
