MATCH PREVIEW: EXMOUTH TOWN VS FALMOUTH TOWN

Exmouth Town will look to bounce back from midweek defeat as they welcome Falmouth Town to the Complete Infrastructure Stadium, in the Southern League Division One South on Saturday.

After losing 2-1 to Bemerton Heath Harlequins, Town find themselves on the outside of the play-off race, but a win could reignite their top five aspirations.

THE OPPOSITION

Enjoying a solid first campaign in the Southern League Division One South, Falmouth find themselves in 13th and comfortable in their position in the middle of the table.

With one win in six, the Ambers form has slowed down towards the end of the campaign, but a recent 1-0 win against Bemerton has shown they are still capable of springing a shock.

PRE-MATCH CHAT

Speaking after the Bemerton Heath game, joint-manager Kevin Hill said: “We don’t want more heartache!

People may think that the play-offs are done, but we are the type of team that can win the next four, but we also could lose the next four.

If we go for it, and it depends how we go for it, as if we are kamikaze, Falmouth are a good side and they will pick us off, but we just have to enjoy it.”
