Exmouth Town will be looking to keep their Southern League Division One South play-off hopes alive, as they welcome Helston to the Complete Infrastructure Stadium on Monday.

With the Cornish side fighting for survival, the game will have plenty of permutations at both ends of the table.

THE OPPOSITION

After a good start to life in step four, Helston’s season took a drastic turn for the worse in 2025, with the club now finding themselves occupying the final relegation spot.

With no wins in their last 15 matches, including 9-0, 7-0 and 8-2 defeats against Bishops Cleeve, Shaftesbury and Cinderford respectively, the Blues will need to turn their fortunes around as soon as possible.

The reverse fixture took place on Boxing Day, with Town coming out 2-1 winners thanks to goals from Ben Steer and Joe Belsten.
