Exmouth Town’s 25/26 Southern League Division One South season gets underway on Saturday, as they head to the Imagine Cruising Stadium to take on Swindon Supermarine.

It is a tough first test for Town, coming up against a recently relegated side looking to make their way straight back to the Southern Premier League South.

The Opposition

The Marine made a statement of intent over the summer, bringing in experienced manager Bobby Wilkinson, formerly of Weymouth, Hungerford and Bracknell.

They have rebuilt their squad throughout pre-season, and went on to win four friendlies out of six, beating Cirencester, Highworth, Barton Rovers and Swindon U18’s.

Possessing the likes of former Weston Super-Mare player Jamie Edge, and Larkhall frontman Dawid Regula, Wilkinson’s side will be looking to start the season with a win.
