Exmouth Town will look to bounce back from last Tuesday’s defeat as they travel to the 4ED Hartpury Stadium to take on Hartpury.

Having been promoted last season, the Acorns have enjoyed a good start to life in the Southern League Division One South, and will hope to continue that against Town.

The Opposition

Currently sat in eighth in the league, Hartpury have already impressed many onlookers with their performances, including a 3-0 win away at Mousehole, and a 8-0 win at home against Willand Rovers.

Recent form has been more hit and miss, with two wins and three defeats in their last five games, but they will want to level that up on Saturday.

Pre-Match Chat

Speaking after the Falmouth game, joint-manager Dave Pearse said: “I think we’ve learned that every game is going to be tough.

They are new to the division and have started really well, they went to Mousehole and beat them last week.

We’ve got to be on it and bounce back quickly, start doing the basics right, Saturday will come very quickly and we’ll have to respond.”
