Match Preview: Exmouth Town vs Falmouth Town
Exmouth Town take on Falmouth Town this Saturday, as they aim to get back to winning ways at the Complete Infrastructure Stadium.
Town will want to get some revenge on the Ambers after the reverse fixture ended 5-0 in Falmouth’s favour.
The Opposition
Andrew Westgarth’s side currently sit in 17th position in the league, which may be a slightly false position considering they have been hampered by the weather, playing at least three games behind most teams.
Their recent form has been mixed, having gone into the new year on a four game unbeaten run, followed up with a win against Willand Rovers, but consecutive defeats to Didcot Town and Swindon Supermarine has seen them drop slightly.
Pre-Match Chat
Speaking after the Westbury game, manager Kevin Hill said: “Last year we went down to Falmouth, put in one of the best first half performances of the season and lost 5-0.
We are at home, we weren’t great today and didn’t do enough to win, so we’ve got to change that on Saturday.”
